WINE TASTING WITH E. GUIGAL

Finally, we will have another wine tasting with Guigal's wines at Bistro Perspektiv. We will serve 8 glasses of Guigal's signature wines, 4 of them will be launched in new vintages in October and December at Systembolaget. Be the first in Sweden to try them, all under the guidance of Claes Lindquist, who has over 40 years of experience with Guigal and Rhone Valley wines. The wines will be accompanied by a dinner specially prepared by our head chef Pär Ringström. We try the following wines with the meal:
- Cotes-du-Rhone Blanc 2022
- Saint-Joseph Lieu Dit Blanc 2021 (264 bottles to be released on 1/12 at Systembolaget)
- Condrieu 2021 (360 bottles to be released on 20/10)
- Hermitage Blanc 2019 (360 bottles to be released on 20/10 at Systembolaget)
- Crozes- Hermitage 2020Hermitage 2020
- Saint-Joseph 2019
- Cote-Rotie Brune et Blonde 2019 (720 bottles to be launched on 20/10 at Systembolaget)
- Hermitage Rouge 2019 (Limited number of bottles to be launched on 1/9 at Systembolaget in the permanent range)

The package includes: Dinner plus 8 dinner wines
