This privacy policy therefore explains how your personal data is processed and protected, your rights and how you can enforce it. We strive to make you feel safe in our processing of your personal data. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Our contact details can be found at the bottom of this page.

Who is responsible for the personal data we collect?

FalsterboPhoto is the data controller for the personal data you provide to us through purchase and other contact with us and is responsible for processing it.

Where is your personal data stored?

We strive for your personal data to be processed as much as possible within the European Economic Area (EEA) and all our own IT systems, but can also be transferred and processed in a country outside the EEA (so-called "third country"). Such transfer is made only to the recipient country with an adequate level of protection and in accordance with the legislation in force. If transfer takes place to partners for a service in the US, this is only done to companies covered by the so-called "Privacy Shield", which is an agreement on the protection of personal data between the EU and the US.

What kind of personal data do we collect?

We collect personal data that you send to us when you place orders on our website, sign up for our newsletter, fill out a form or participate in any competitions. The personal data you send to us may include, for example, contact information, date of birth and payment information. We may also collect certain personal data from external partners such as address data from public registers and creditworthiness data from credit rating agencies, banks or credit reference agencies.

  • In case of correspondence about questions and other information
  • When sending out offers in the form of newsletters, always with instructions on how to unsubscribe from further mailings
  • When analysing buying patterns to provide relevant offers and information
  • When confirming the minimum age required by law to shop online
  • When announcing winners in competitions that we arrange
  • In case of any survey mailings to improve our services and offers.
  • When working to prevent abuse or other inappropriate use of our website
  • We save your data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the above purposes or for as long as we are legally obliged to do so. After that, your personal data will be deleted.

What are your rights?

You have the right to request information about the personal data we have about you at any time. If your data is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request to have it corrected or deleted. We cannot delete your data when there is a legal requirement for storage, such as accounting rules, or when there are other legitimate reasons why the data must be saved, such as unpaid invoices. You can withdraw your consent to allow us to use the data for marketing purposes at any time by unsubsubsing from our newsletter. You can also contact us by sending letters, emails or calling. Personal data processors process the information on our behalf and according to our instructions and help us with IT services, payment services, transport and marketing. This is done only for purposes for which we have collected the information and only to companies that can provide sufficient guarantees regarding the security and confidentiality of personal data. We never forward, sell or exchange your personal data for marketing purposes to third parties.

How do we protect your personal data?

In order for your personal data sent to our website not to be read by third parties, all such information is encrypted and sent via a secure connection.
