World famous and undressed in the middle of luxury

Here you'll meet a host of world-famous people like you've never seen them before - Lady Gaga, The Beatles, Pamela Anderson, Nelson Mandela, Salvador Dali, Queen Elizabeth II, King Carl XVI Gustaf, Madonna, Richard Gere, Jonas Gardell, Brigitte Bardot, Kendal Jenner and many others. But there are also unknown professional models in the classic genre of photography - the nude study.

The nudity of art is not only a thing of beauty, it has also played a significant role in the liberation from censorship and dictatorship. The exhibition shows many examples of this, not least the contributions of some of the exciting Chinese photographers taking part.

Over forty world-renowned photographers are represented in the new exhibition. Their images are sold at major auctions and galleries around the world, often at very high prices. There are dreamy images by Mona Kuhn and Michel Dweck, spectacular compositions by David LaChapelle, elegant portraits created by Herb Ritts. Fashion and nudity combined are masterfully depicted by Camilla Åkrans, Anna W Thorbjörnsson, Bingo Rimér and Johan Lindeberg.

Rock and pop stars are the focus of images by Brian Duffy, Anton Corbijn and Harry Benson, while women are portrayed by Jean-Baptiste Huyhn, Lucien Clergue, Russel James, Tiane Doan na Champassak, Bruno Bisang and many more. The man in the centre is Herb Ritts and Robert Mapplethorpe, some of the few photographers to have depicted naked men. You'll also meet four of China's most innovative photographers, some of whose images are provocative in a revolt against censorship.

Mixing seriousness and glamour, celebrity sex and undress, fun and provocation, we hope to give you an unforgettable experience. Perfect to round off with Champagne and oysters served in our Bistro Perspective!
